Escalante

The day started early with a ride up the mountain.  The pass is at 10,000ft. 

A bit cold, but the views.....

Below is a canyon we rode through.

This is the point where the road ran out and became a dirt track.

This is the home of the Desert Doctor. He is the only Harley mechanic for 200 miles.

 John visited him last year with a clutch problem and a blown tyre. Part of the tyre is nailed to the wall with his name on it.

The Doctor is a right character but if you have a problem he can fix it.

This is Bryce Canyon.

 It's 18 miles from one end to the other.

1594 miles so far.

Bum beginning to object to 300 miles a day, but we have an easy day tomorrow.
